I am a patrol officer with an NC police department.
I decided to write this app because of the short life span of other reference materials in our rough work environment, not to mention always forgetting it in the car when I went inside the jail.
The NC Blue Book is for all North Carolina patrol officers.
It provides the necessary wording, and statute number for writing citations for violations of the most commonly used NC General Statutes.
You will also have a digital copy of "Miranda" rights, and the schedule and offense level for the most common controlled substances on the streets today.
The "Thin Blue Book" is searchable, easy to use, and includes free updates.
You the customer will also have the power to control the content in the app.
